THE RIGHT PERMANENT FIT

  • All candidates have outstanding academic credentials and significant experience at top-tier law firms and corporations.
  • Searches are performed on a contingency basis or, if requested, on retainer.
  • Attorney placements are guaranteed for six months — three months for paralegals.
  • Temporary-to-permanent solutions are available, allowing law firms and corporations to test their staffing need and/or candidate fit. This option minimizes costly staffing mistakes and helps reduce permanent placement fees.
