• First, drop us your resume.
• Qualified individuals will be invited in for a registration interview. This way, we really get to know you — exploring your special expertise and job requirements so that we may provide the right opportunities. We never consider candidates for placement on resume alone.
• After the interview you are registered. Now you can be considered for our jobs.
• As opportunities that are a good match for your skills and interests arise, we will call you. If you are interested, we will send your resume to the client for review.
• Next, if a client is interested, we will set up a job interview.
• If you are selected for the job, we will negotiate your hourly salary and set you up on our payroll. If you have not been selected, we will keep you in mind for other jobs.
