| Stephen
Horowitz, Principal, has over twelve years of experience
recruiting information technology professionals. Stephen co-founded
Strategic Computer Resources and served as its President prior to
the acquisition of its parent company, Progressive Resources by
StaffMark, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. Stephen joined Goodkind
as a partner in 1998 and headed up the technology placement division.
His operational experience has helped create the internal structure
to support Strategic Workforce Solutions' on-site recruitment programs
and overall expansion. Stephen is a key member of Strategic's management
team and is responsible for business development, strategic planning
and management of operations.
Terry
Weiss Gary, Director of Business Development, joined Strategic
shortly after it was founded in 1995. Prior to joining the company,
Terry enjoyed an eleven-year career in Sales and Trading on Wall
Street as a Vice President in the corporate bond departments of
Chase Securities and Dillon Reed. At Strategic, she focuses on placing
legal and documentation professionals with financial institutions
on a temporary and permanent basis. While Terry primarily places
experienced derivatives professionals, she also works with corporate
attorneys and paralegals to help them retool and present themselves
for temporary and permanent opportunities in the derivatives area.
Now well known in this niche field by both candidates and clients,
Terry has a reputation for being honest and straightforward in all
of her business dealings. Terry graduated from The University of
Pennsylvania Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics with a concentration
in finance. She lives in Westchester with her husband and two sons.
Lorraine (Lorri) Zelman
Lorri Zelman is currently the Managing Director of the Human Resources Practice at
Strategic Workforce Solutions. Prior, she ran HR and Facilities at several internet
companies including iWon and Deja.com. Before entering the internet industry, she
worked at Young & Rubicam, Inc. in the Corporate Human Resources Department developing
HR policies and programs. Prior to that experience, she worked at Reuters America as a
Generalist in Employee Development where she was responsible for management training
programs, performance management and employee relations. She relocated back to New York a
fter 5 years in Atlanta. During her time in Atlanta, she worked as a consultant at
BellSouth implementing a performance management process, and then at Accenture (formerly
Andersen Consulting) working in both Change Management consulting and internal Human
Resources. Lorri started her career at the Hyatt in Cambridge as the Benefits
Manager after getting her Masters in Organizational Psychology from Boston University.
Lorri is also the current President of HR/NY, the local chapter of the Society
of Human Resources Management, an organization of about 2000 HR professionals in the
New York City area. Lorri has been active on the Board for seven years. She is also a
member of several networking groups including HRPN and Gotham Networking.
