We are searching for a Real Estate Analyst to underwrite mortgage loans on income-producing properties. Structure loan transactions. Analyze third-party reports, appraisals, financial statements, tax returns, and proforma statements. Determine escrows for tenant improvements, leasing commissions and replacement and environmental reserves. Determine asset quality. Prepare Credit Committee Package including discussions of the sponsorship, management company, use of proceeds, escrows, prepayment information, cashflows, rent roll, rollover schedule, property information, tenancy, location, market information and third party reports.
