- We will contact you to discuss the professional, personal and
academic requirements of the position, as well as to find out
about your unique environment and corporate culture.
- Using our vast networking resources to locate and register ideal
talent, we will quickly provide you with a pool of pre-screened,
highly-qualified accounting resumes.
- We will conveniently schedule interviews between you and the
candidates. Or, if you prefer, we can discuss submitted candidates
over the phone and help you decide on the best fit.
- Once you have selected your preferred candidate(s), we will
finalize the bill rate or salary negotiations and start date.
- In a temporary placement, we take care of paying the candidate
as well as all the IRS paperwork and other administrative burdens.
